Chadé founded Launch It Agency to give founders the brand and the systems their vision deserves. Before the agency, she spent years designing costumes for Carnival stages in Trinidad, Jamaica, and Miami, where every detail had to command a crowd from a distance and still impress up close. She brings that same eye to every brand, website, and app the studio creates, leading design on every engagement and personally hosting each consultation, supported by a dedicated team of strategists, creatives, and developers.
